These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Simple Syntax. By using our services or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Simple Syntax provides its products and services and communicates with you by phone, text, and email about your inquiries and account. Specific details, pricing, and scope will be described in a quote, order, or separate agreement.
2. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
Program. If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Simple Syntax will send you customer-care and account-related text messages about your account, orders, or an inquiry you submitted — such as order and delivery updates, scheduling reminders, account notifications, follow-ups, and quotes. This is not a marketing program, and messages are not sent on behalf of third parties.
How you opt in. You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box when you create an account, check out, or submit our contact form. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help, or contact us at dayneknudson@simple-syntax.com. You may withdraw consent at any time.

3. Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information and not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and communications are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that messages or calls will be delivered.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simple Syntax will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or communications.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date above when we do. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
